Wade Riachi Associate

Wade Riachi joined Mahon Rider McKay as a Senior Associate in May 2025. He is a seasoned corporate transactional attorney with over a decade of experience advising clients on complex domestic and cross-border deals across the U.S., Middle East, Europe, and Asia. He brings global transactional experience from top international and U.S. firms, including Fenwick & West, Sheppard Mullin, Bird & Bird, and K&L Gates, to clients in the Hudson Valley and beyond.

Wade’s practice covers a broad range of corporate transactions across multiple industries, with particular depth in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing transactions, and corporate governance. He has advised strategic buyers and sellers, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and business owners, including founder-led and first-time sellers, on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions as part of broader growth and consolidation strategies. He represents companies, founders, and investors in a range of financing transactions, including venture capital and other structured investments, and regularly advises on corporate governance matters, including shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements, and investor rights and voting arrangements. He leads deal structuring, diligence review, and the negotiation of definitive agreements, managing transactions through execution and closing, while advising on key transaction terms to ensure alignment with clients’ strategic objectives.

Admitted to practice in New York, Wade combines an international legal perspective with deep local roots. Based in the Hudson Valley, he advises clients across the region and beyond on a wide range of transactional matters.
